Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

We regularly accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions and are happy to do so whenever possible. We offer a printed allergen guide for major allergens and vegan/vegetarian options and our team will happily guide your experience to keep you safe. Please see below for some allergens we aren’t able to accommodate.

Most of our small plates can be made vegan or vegetarian. You can mix & match those to create a filling meal. At the moment, we don’t offer vegan or vegetarian main plates or tasting menus.

We do have gluten-free items throughout our menu - both small plates / snacks and mains. Please note we do utilize shared cooking surfaces / fryers, so cross-contact is possible. Some gluten-free items will not be suitable for a celiac diet.

Our cuisine relies heavily on shellfish products (mainly fermented shrimp paste). This is present in many of our sauces & marinades. There are quite a few dishes on our menu that contain shellfish, most of which cannot be modified to remove it.
That said, we can and regularly do serve hearty, complete meals to folks with shellfish allergies. Just be sure to let us know about your allergy early - it’s not always obvious just by reading the menu what does or doesn’t contain shellfish.

Certain allergens are difficult or impossible to avoid given our cuisine or cooking methods and therefore cannot be accomodated. Those include:
